Serkan TOPAKTAŞ , Chairman of the Board

After obtaining a degree in Business Administration from Marmara University, Serkan TOPAKTAŞ embarked on a successful career in the financial and real estate sectors.

After obtaining a degree in Business Administration from Marmara University, Serkan TOPAKTAŞ embarked on a successful career in the financial and real estate sectors.

Between 2014 and 2019, Serkan TOPAKTAŞ ventured to the United States, where he immersed himself in the renovation, rental, and sale of housing within the construction industry. Additionally, he gained valuable experience in restaurant management.

In 2019, Serkan returned to Turkey and joined Property Turkey as a Portfolio and After-Sales Manager. In 2021, he became one of the founding partners and assumed the role of Property Turkey Management Emlak Danışmanlığı İnşaat Tic. Şti. Furthermore, he serves as the Chairman of the Board for Real Estate and Venture Capital Portfolio Management company and is a dedicated member of the Investment Committee for real estate investment funds.

Serkan TOPAKTAŞ is committed to optimizing portfolio performance, managing risk and return, and continuously enhancing his expertise to ensure sustainable investor satisfaction. His dedication to these principles underpins his successful career in the financial and real estate industries.

Christian Per VESTERMARK , Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors

Christian Per VESTERMARK is an accomplished professional with a diverse background and a track record of success.

He began his journey by earning a degree in Microelectronics from the prestigious KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Following his education, Christian entered the field of quality control, specializing in performance evaluation and coding of information systems. He applied his expertise at renowned companies such as Ericsson, Samsung&LG, Zenitel, and various public institutions, where he served as a test engineer and test manager.

In 2010, Christian embarked on an entrepreneurial path by founding an e-commerce company. This innovative venture focused on the sale of physical gold and silver through its website. In remarkably little time, the company soared to become Norway’s largest player in its niche market.

Christian’s passion for technology and finance led him to the development of sophisticated algorithms designed for automatic trading in financial markets and products. This expertise culminated in the establishment of an algorithmic trading-based company, where he assumed the role of Investment Director. Beyond his ventures in the technology and finance sectors, Christian Per VESTERMARK has made significant investments in Turkey, diversifying his portfolio and demonstrating his entrepreneurial acumen. His multifaceted career reflects a commitment to innovation, excellence, and a keen eye for opportunities in various industries

Muhammad ABDULHAMITOĞLU , Board Member

Muhammed’s journey began after graduating from Al Baath University, where he obtained his degree in Petroleum Engineering. In 2014, he embarked on his career in the tourism industry, gaining valuable experience in this sector.

Following his stint in tourism, Muhammed transitioned into the dynamic realm of digital marketing and strategy. He assumed roles as a Business Development Consultant and Account Strategy Consultant, specializing in the Middle East and North Africa Region, during his tenure at Google..

Since 2018, Muhammed has been a pivotal part of the team at Property Turkey , serving as the Digital Marketing Manager. In addition to this, he holds a position as a Board Member at FT Real Estate and Venture Capital Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş.

Nilgün TÜREOĞLU , General Manager

Nilgün TÜREOĞLU graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1988. Her dedication to continuous learning led her to complete a master’s degree in Business Management at Işık University’s Social Sciences Institute in 2011.

Her professional journey began in 1991 when she joined Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.

She initially served as an Expert in the Bonds and Bills Market Department, contributing her expertise to the financial market. Nilgün continued to excel in her roles, and between 2008 and 2014, she held the position of Deputy Manager in the Administrative Affairs Directorate at Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.

In the following years, Nilgün expanded her horizons by working in the Licensing, Examination, and Registry department at Capital Markets Licensing Registry and Training Organization Inc. from 2016 to 2020. In 2020, she assumed the responsibilities of General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Phillip Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. and continued her role as a Consultant in the same organization until July 2022. Additionally, she served as an Independent Board Member in public companies traded on the Stock Exchange until November 2022.

Since November 2022, Nilgün TÜREOĞLU has been at the helm as the General Manager of FT Real Estate and Venture Capital Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. Her wealth of experience and expertise in financial markets and strategic management continue to drive the success and growth of her organization.
